  • Indian Butter Chickpeas

    Delicious creamy Indian butter chickpeas! Pictured here with the sauteed spinach and jasmine rice and topped with cilantro. A comforting and yummy way to eat your protein with chickpeas!

  • Sauteed Spinach

    An easy way to make sauteed spinach. This was a whole pound - add a handful at a time and it wilts down to a small amount. Made with onion, garlic and ginger it has tons of flavor.

  • Veggie Curry

    A wonderful way to use up all our CSA veggies - including lots of zucchini! With tons of flavor and creaminess (with the coconut milk) this is an easy and yummy dish.

Rice Pudding

This rice pudding is super creamy and soooo yummy! I made with a nondairy full-fat milk, but can be made with any type of milk or cream. Pictured here with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Best served warm, but can attest that also very yummy cold! Highly recommend.
